Rich’n Smooth™ Tropic is a liquid icing or filling that is easy to incorporate colours and flavours for a truly unique cake experience. With a greater yield per cake that spreads easier than buttercream, it is worth seeing why this whipped topping is preferred by decorators.

– The product is ideal to use in place of buttercream for cake icing and decoration as it can hold intricate designs even when stored at ambient temperatures.

– Frozen (-18℃): 18 months
– Refrigerated unopened (2℃ – 7℃): 14 days
– Refrigerated opened (2℃ – 7℃): 7 days

– Ambient temperature (up to 25℃) whipped: 5 days

Rich’n Smooth™ Tropic has a creamy colour, vanilla flavour and a light, fluffy texture that your customers will adore.

• STABILITY: Cakes iced with Rich’n Smooth™ Tropic can be stored chilled, frozen or displayed at ambient room temperature.
• COST SAVINGS: Rich’n Smooth™ Tropic provides greater yield than butter cream and has a long shelf life to help you reduce
waste.
• Decorator preferred in its ease of use, spread ability once whipped and ability to hold intricate designs at ambient temperatures.
• Receive product and store frozen (-18°C).
• To use, thaw under refrigerator 2°C-7°C
• Shake container well before opening.
• Pour into a whipping bowl to about 20-25% of bowl’s capacity.
• Incorporate colours, flavours or other ingredients either before whipping or they can be folded in after.
• Whip the liquid using a wire whisk at medium speed until the product stiffens to your desired consistency.
• Any remaining liquid can be refrigerated for a week. Do not refreeze liquid.
• It is ok to freeze the finished product once it is whipped.

HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS

• Receive product and store frozen (-18°C).
• To use, thaw under refrigerator 2°C-7°C for 24-36 hours.
• Shake container well before opening.
• Pour into a whipping bowl to about 20-25% of bowl’s capacity.
• Incorporate colours, flavours or other ingredients either before whipping or they can be folded in after.
• Whip the liquid using a wire whisk at medium speed until the product stiffens to your desired consistency.
• Any remaining liquid can be refrigerated for a week. Do not refreeze liquid.
